I would love to read about Carnival experiences from people that live in Carnival Cities.

HI! I like this site too. it has a nice design and functionallity. I would like to know if there is a "measuring conversion tool"? if not I would like to surgest one as it does come in handy.

I saw a currency conversion Tool in your menu so I would surgest to create a new menu tile called "conversion tools" and then create the two other menu items as submenus. ( Just a surgestion ) .

HI! I would like to also suggest a spice & mixture recipe category. there are many recipes out there that have mixtures that are not always available in other countries or are secret recipies mixtures held by large companies. it would be nice to have a place where we can exchange our finds and combinations. also general spice mixtures like "cajun, garam masala, KFC Fried Chicken Spices, ect..."

Also I would like to suggest a copycat category. where famost brand name products and resturants recipe secrets are revieled.

I miss the love guru with all the romance advice ...

CE, if you want politics, go to Dominican Disapora or News-Dominica.com. It's election time in Dominica so that's all they're talking about.

I'm interested in anything pertaining to health, writing, celebrity gossip.

There isn't really a good way to do that, since her post about Tiger Woods is also relevant to this thread too.  Her post can only be in one place at one time.

Interesting ... In my neck of the woods when I want to affect change ... I just get on the board  or get a lobby going ... how do we do it on CC? Or sometimes the people speaks! And thats enough ...
Am curious ... really ... are participants input importamt to CC? If it does not, how can we help to make it a better site other than by posting ...
Can we buy shares ... is it a publicly traded company or privately owned?
Tell us ... we care.

Tell us what you want and if it makes sense, and we are able to do it, we will do it.

We want to make CaribbeanChoice more community driven.  For example, people can now submit recipes and we want to make more changes that encourage more user participation.

CaribbeanChoice.com Inc. is currently a privately owned company, but we don't rule out going public if that makes sense in the future.

I think the best way to get things started would be posting a new thread in the Suggestions, Comments & Help forum area.  Each suggestion should be its own topic, to help people find and discuss each suggestion.

In fact, there are some things I wanted to propose or suggest to the community, so I will start by posting some items myself.

Sorry Scott. I posted this on the wrong thread earlier.

Scott, can you add an area for 'pets'? Some people love to brag about their 'little Fifi' or their 'Mr. Tibbs'. Well, if you think it's necessary and will be good for the forum.

... so we better get to it Sandra ... just do it ... sometimes we tend to make things more complicated than it should be ... two of my kids are now in Europe back packing and without a care ... one has a plan ... the other is wherever the spirit moves him ... oh to be young ...

Your kids are young, CE, so they can be without a care. I was like that once...a long time ago. The crime wave was zero in those days. Now, you have to be so careful because of some of those two-legged monsters dressed in sheep clothing. If it's to be, I'll get to Europe...if I don't then no sweat. I've been to the UK and I'll always treasure the memories...eating fish and chips, drinking ale...and just enjoying that beautiful country.

Yeah, with caution...but it should not be like that, though. We should not have to be looking over shoulder, be afraid of being mugged, robbed, raped, killed. To me, we are still in bondage. It's best they didn't free us, papa.
