do you knoe of there is going to be a fete at a club like last year's bayou bacchanal in new orleans?

I'm not sure.  According to the event description, this is what is planned:

"Caribbean Carnival street parade with costume masqueraders, a steel band, DJ on trucks, vendors selling Caribbean & American dishes, arts & crafts and performing artists."
