I would like to get some suggestions on Web Page Editors.  I am looking for some inexpensive or free software for editing web pages written in HTML, ASP, PHP and some JavaScript.  I also use MySQL and MS SQL databases as well via PHP and ASP.  I also want to be able to change the pages in code view and in a WYSIWYG mode.

I'm going to try the one Rogerka suggested in another thread but would like to compare a variety of packages before I put down my money.  Any suggestions?

I've heard mixed reviews about Dreamweaver.  Some swear by it, others complain that it messes with their code.

I've mostly been using Notepad.
