Rogerka , the French have just shown People Power disregarding thier

political parties and have given Chirac a slap in the face..'constitution non'

The Dutch may well follow the same path and good ole Tony Blair gets

a breather looking from the side lines. Where does all this lead the bloated

EU of 25 with more to be added ? Will Turkey ever make it in since Chirac

was its main backer ? What does this all say about the future of the EU and

how she deals with the modern problems of globalization in a hostile

competing West ?

From a Slovakian standpoint give us your take on the EU as she now stands

at the political crossroads.

I tell you how it is in Slovakia. We all know that Slovakia is one of the weakest members. We had to adjust and fit some laws and norms to the EU. And that makes some problems and jump prices. Our politician had to show the favour to other EU or US politics. But common people don't want that. Yes, if we want to survive, we have to join some structures because Slovakia is little country. But we can only dream about big protective arms of the EU. We have to pay much for membership...

That election in France shows only the dissatisfaction of the France with the economic situation. Tell me, do common people understand the constitution? I say never! It's the question for lawyers, maybe politicians etc. not for common people. I don't know if the European constitution is right or wrong. But I can say if I feel satisfied or not in the economic or social system I live in.

The question of Turkey is very difficult. I can't judge it. I think that every country has something to give but there are some serious economic absence etc. But they could say this about Slovakia. I think the question is to find some real borders.

I understand.  I have some things in the works that will help keep the website up-to-date.  I don't want to reveal too much until I implement it, but it will take CaribbeanChoice in a whole new direction.  More content.  Updated Content. More of a Community.  Many things will be changing on the site in the coming months.

Well, been keeping pretty busy lately personally.  I've also been spending some time on the website as well.  I've added some information and articles for http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/mexico/main.asp - Mexico , http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/stlucia/main.asp - St. Lucia and http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/florida/main.asp - Florida .  The http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/eu/main.asp - European Union page was corrected.  I've also added http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/recipes/recipelist-new.asp - a bunch of recipes to the http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/recipes/main.asp - recipe section .  More links for the http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/directory/ - links directory .  The http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/battle.asp - Battle of the Islands has been seeing a lot of action lately, including some new winners replacing Guyana and Netherlands Antilles, who have won http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/battle-by-month.asp - many months consecutively .  I also added some new pages to the Battle of the Islands.  I updated some of the http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/weather.asp - weather pages and added a couple as well.  We've had a couple hurricanes effect us, and we made it through them.  Some of the http://www.caribbeanchoice.com/travel/main.asp - travel booking pages were not behaving like I wanted them, so I fixed some problems there.  Made some changes with the Google Ads to see if we can increase revenue from them, which so far seems to be working.  Made some minor changes to the http://caribbean.shopfree.com/?partnerid=caribbean - free stuff pages to make it look a bit better.  And probably a bunch of other things I am forgetting at the moment.
