Have you ever used pay-per-click marketing such as paying Google Ads, Xuppa or Overture to drive traffic you your site?

I was wondering how well those marketing campaigns went for you.

Please vote and give your feedback below.

Thanks.

You can't beat Google.  If people are out there looking for it, your ad on Google will get a lot of clicks.

Based on what people tell me and what I have read, Adsense does seem to work well.

The key is to make sure that your ads appear on sites whose contents suit what you are trying to promote, otherwise, your ads are pretty much useless (this is why it's important to ensure you use the right keywords)

Another important factor is making sure your landing page produces results.  If the page they land on does not convert visitors into sales, then you are wasting your money.  However, if you consistently get results from the page, then you can estimate how much you can pay per visitor and still make a profit.  The hard part is testing and retesting and refining it until you get it right.
