Okay, I'm listening to some songs I used to listen with to a loved one. He's departed. When I listen to those songs there's a huge hole in my heart.

So what I'm saying is: don't indulge, don't enjoy things with those you love. When they're gone, you're the one left to grieve when you hear songs or other things you used to enjoy with the person.

I know I'm wrong, but the pain....

I know what you're saying, vutje. But listening to songs, seeing familiar things, going to familiar places, so many memories that the past just resurfaces. I'm not going to listen to songs with people I love. Maybe they can handle it when I'm gone, but I can't when they're gone. Especially my kid/kids if they leave this life before me. My dad's been gone for over xxxxxxx amount of years and when I hear songs from his era, I go crazy. I guess I'm a softie.

 ... depressing ... thought you were supposed to think of fond memories ...  the good time ... the joy they brought to your life ...  guys ... lets start giving thanks and be grateful ... Say amen ... Hm mmm I like that ... I could well start preaching ... hm mmm 

See what I'm talking about. My friend and I used to listen to Gregory Isaace a lot...especially 'Night Nurse'. So how do you think I'm feeling now, eh? LIFE SUCKS SOMETIMES.
BUT THAT CD IS DYNOMITE!!!!!!
