Need some help!  Trying to cook conch!  I've been told to boil it for anywhere between 15 min and 4 hours!  At 35 min. it was still very rubbery and I thought I had over cooked it and threw it away!!!Cry  So how long, really?

Conch takes along time to cook, it does take about 2 hours simmering, after two hours you can add the coconut milk and seasoning etc.
I'm alive, it's a good day.Cel
