I can't help you, dear. I tried to make home-made bread and it came out harder than granite. My husband used to tell me that the bread could be used to build a house.

The most delicious bread I ever ate was when I lived in Antigua. Mmmmmmmm good! Antiguans make some tasty, mouth-watering bread. Wellllll...I do not know if it still tastes good since I do not eat bread any more. But in those days, man, you clap some saltfish between that loaf of bread, or some table butter and hamroll, and you feel like you in heaven. Or even cornbeef or cheese.

why dont you eat bread, since the start of time there has been bread. i enjoy a multigrain bread, or bread with fruits in it like raisins or other dried fruits. healthy and enjoyable. Even though i am on a healthy diet i still enjoy all the things in moderation.
