That's correct Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles is doing better than the other Caribbean islands, it's because the Netherlands Kingdom. The other Caribbean island that's from the British and the French, they have not worry with this island in the Caribbean. Some of them they have give them their Independence, with out any long term help what so ever.
