hi everyone, I used to live in Guyana but now live in the UK, and I can't find Wirri-Wirri peppers anywhere.
 
Does anybody know where i can get them from, or at least the seeds?

we call it different names a friend from barBadoes told me their nmae which i forgot. Did you ever tried grinding the hot pepper with dry mustard and alittle viniger. i was introduced to this many years ago dont remember if it was matouks but i have become addicted to Pickapper-Sauce. it gives all dishes a lift.

Here is one that i use a lot . i mix in Tamrine or dried peach or dried mango. and make it a steak sauce

 marinate sauce By  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Har-Mac

 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1-2 medium Scotch Bonnet, Cut up.
Some Tabasco sauce for those who like it hot.

2 Large bunches Scallion, chopped
1 Tablespoon ground Allspice
2 Tablespoons Thyme leaves or 1 Tablespoon ground Thyme
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, or substitute  Pickapper Sauce
4 Tablespoons Lime Juice
5 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar or molasses
Ĺ teaspoon ground Nutmeg
salt to taste

Ground Black Pepper to taste

2 Table spoon Rum to preserve,

Throw it all into a blender and liquefy.  Put in a glass  Jar in fridge use on beef, chicken, or fish.
The vinegar, Rum and lime are preservatives,

   habanero.Peppers Found mostley in the Caribbean. It is very hot and spicy. used in nearly all Jamaican Receipe ..Capsicum chinense
