Knowing ..that...let say..In africa..some places..they dont know or   have stamps/labels with date on it......(like here everyone  is looking  at the label...(over due)   omg...when i am hungry  and  have no penny...let me tell you  ...People will learn...the hard way of life...

I will eat everything...rice ..potato..macaroni...meat ..white meat...fish....!!!

Roggy, you're into alkaline foods also. I started that diet some time ago. Avocada is a rich in alkaline. Lima beans is a good source also. I have a list but can't put my hands on it right now.
