It is a normal thing for one's throat to feel dry sometimes. It tells us that we need more fluids to make the secretions thinner.Smile

I have dry throat and mouth every night it wakes me up and I have to drink water three times a night. I drink lots of water used a humidifier and doesn't help. I wish I could find a cure. The only thing that helps a little is to take a table spoon of coconut oi lin my mouth and slowly swallow it so my mouth has an oily film.

I have finally found the answer it is a pinched nerve that is stopping the signal to the salivary glands to make saliva. I when on some product that gives you all the minerals especially calcium and after a month my mouth is no longer dry.

No I did not feel a thing but I listed to a naturophath who explained it to me it is arthritis of the skull bones and they are pinching the nerves that feed the salivary glands. I am now taking large doses of calcium and it is going away. I have been using youngevity products and they are doing the trick. I now can sleep through the night with out waking.
