Curry Shrimp.

3 lbs medium size fresh shrimps Cleaned and devained
4-5 table spoon oil
2 cloves garlic, smashed                                                                                                        2 onions, chopped up fine
Small Piece of scotch bonnet pepper cutup fine
2 1/2  tablespoons curry powder (different types of curry gives different taste) I use Jamaica or Trinidad curry.
1 medium tomato, cutup in small pieces
1 small green pepper cut up fine

1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
1 cupwater                                                                                                                        1 cup coconut milk                                                                                         1 table spoon flour

Heat oil in pot Add the curry  and fry for a few minutes. Then add everything besides the shrimp. Add water mixed with flour and coconut milk (to thicken gravy). Simmer for a  minutes or so. Add shrimp. Cook on low fire for about 10 minutes

Pile it over the cooked rice
