Hi there to everyone here!  I'm super happy to find this site, makes me feel like my connection to the Caribbean is still alive even tho I'm back in the cold northeast US. Cry  I just got back from a cruise to the Western Caribbean and I'm totally and completely ruined for life in the northeast.  Loved, loved, loved Jamaica just because it seemed the least commercial of the islands that we went to.  Never cruised before, but it was incredible.  Fell in love with an adorable waiter from Grenada.  We sneaked into the dining room late after hours and drank Coronas in the big round window well.  Now I'm ready to move my business to Grenada! *giggle*  Well, actually, I'm not all together joking... hmmm..  What can you all tell me about Grenada?  So glad to be here, thanks so much for hosting!

We went to Labadee, Haiti; Ocho Rios, Jamaica;Grand Cayman; and Cozumel, Mexico.  My favorite was definately Jamaica.  Can any of you tell me about Grenada?  My friend and I are planning either another cruise (Eastern Caribbean this time) or a visit to Grenada in February.  Or we could possibly be convinced to visit another island.  Any ideas?  Also really wondering if anyone knows anything about owning small businesses in the islands?

If you are a U.S. Citizen, then the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico would be the easiest for you, since they are part of the United States.  You could move to either of those and start a business there without going through immigration.
