Part of the reason why I posted this poll was because someone in another thread was saying that Black people cannot be racist.

Racist is ANYone who declare that his race is superior... or anyone who thinks that color of human skin matters.
 
(I think I'm not a racist. Yes, I may have some notes/prejudice, e.g. against Gypsies who robbed my house etc. but I really don't think that color is thing that matters... I respect cultural differences and my own experience and individual qualities)

In my opinion ... racism is about power, access and entitlement to the community's assets and determined by the color of one's skin.
And those who do not have some level of control of those assets are definitely at a disadvantage.
