Help I can't log on at home I checked and it says modem in not connected. I spent half day yesterday try to connect the modem following trouble shooting and still nothing. PLEASE HELP

Hehehehe! that's the message I get sometimes after Verizon (phone company) updated the entire complex; but I did not sign up for DSL...

They claim I need an updated Modem (true)...
I still have Dial-up Head%20Smack

That could be it...
Call Verizon, tell them you were sabotaged LOL by another provider.

Then they are gonna talk you into cheap DSL (14.99) irrelevant (no faster)...

 Then you will have no choice but to go to the $29.99 plus tax ($50.00)...

They call me everyday (courting me/sometimes cursing me LOL)...
I tell them: "make me an offer that I couldn't resist"...
