Here on my lil rock (St. Maarten) we call them sugar cakes, and they come in different colors, but I like the brown ones better, with chunkier pieces of coconut and a richer darker sugar/cane flavor.

btw, friends..if you don't "see" me as often, its not bc I have abandoned you guys..my niece is here on vacation and I try to spend as much time with her...she's my baby..like a daughter to me...but as soon as I pack her lil behind back up to holland for school, I'll be dedicated as ever....Wink (shool starts september)

Oh that Gissada or whatever i experemented with it using Pecan nuts slivers and it was delitious. going for some souse and rum tonight. should be a lot of fun.
