1 Box Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines Chocolate or Spiced cake mix

See instructions on box for additional ingredients


5 eggs

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Borden Magnolia)

1 can Evaporated Milk (Borden Magnolia)

1 8oz Cream Cheese soft

2 TB Vanilla Extract

1 small jar Smuckerís caramel topping

Blend until mixed

Cherries and 1/2 cup nuts (optional)**

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (375 if mountain)

Spray bundt pan with Spam non-stick cooking spray.

Soften caramel topping jar in the microwave or low heat on stove in a small pan.

Cover bottom and sides of the bundt with the softened caramel.

**optional: sprinkle bottom of pan with nuts

Add cake mix to the bundt pan and on top of it add flan mix.

The cake and flan will integrate, thatís fine

In a bigger pan add hot water 1" and place bundt pan on it

Cook uncovered for 60 minutes (90 minutes mountain).

Leave it overnight to cool and then invert onto a large plate with rim

Caramel topping will drop down the sides of the cake.

**Optional: garnish with cherries on top of flan

Then refrigerate. Lasts 2-3 days well covered in the refrigerator.
