I remember the first time Green Tea came on the market. I couldn't drink it because it smelt like senna. I think every weekend our mother used to give us senna or castor oil to drink. Ughk!! If I'd known about child abuse I'd have turned her in to the authorities.

I have  red beans  rice and fried plantains..............

but I  have , what  they  say  here in Netherlands....EEN BLAUWE MAANDAG....
