Do you want  a  nice  **mondjes**...Make  the  funchi  and  when its  ready 
and not  so hot...you slice  it and  fry  and when it has a gold brown color  its  ready  and  slice  some **cheese** on it..and  there  you go...LOL
You can have  it  with a cold  beer  a cold soda  or a Dr. Pepper  tooWink

We fry it but have it for breakfast with salt fish or eggs, I will now have to try with Cheese. Thanks I have a little piece left, so I can have that for breakfast.
